Series description
Security Studies is a book series dedicated to the interdisciplinary exploration of the concept of security in the context of the accelerated transformations of the international system. In a world marked by complex interdependencies, emerging vulnerabilities, and geopolitical realignments, the series aims to provide rigorous and up-to-date analyses of new security paradigms and of the mechanisms through which global and regional actors respond to contemporary challenges.
The series addresses topics such as international and European security, the dynamics of supranational organizations, defense policies and strategic cooperation, hybrid threats, cyber, energy, and societal security, as well as the implications of new technologies for global stability. Emphasis is placed both on the theoretical foundations of security studies and on their applied dimension, offering a solid framework for the critical analysis of current realities.
